He left TFH to work for Harcourt-Brace, where he began his first foray into fiction, ghostwriting a title for the popular Boxcar Children Mysteries. By his fifth Boxcar, he was also editing for textbook publisher Prentice Hall and writing extensively for the school-library market. Frame 232, Wil’s first novel featuring Jason Hammond, has earned scores of excellent reviews, reached the number one spot in its category on Amazon.com, and won the 2013 Lime Award for Excellence in Fiction.
Tom Spears earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. He spent twenty-seven years working for four U.S. based public Corporations. During the last fifteen of those years he held a title of President or Group President. Tom retired in 2010 to pursue his interest in writing, but still consults to the business world occasionally, having expertise in multiple facets of corporate operations. An avid runner and world traveler, Tom lives with his wife and six children in Ashland, Nebraska.
William R. Leibowitz has been practicing entertainment/media law in New York City for a number of years. He has represented numerous renown recording artists, songwriters, producers and many of the leading record companies, talent managers, merchandisers and other notable entertainment businesses. William has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a law degree from Columbia University. He lives in the village of Quogue, New York with his wife, Alexandria, and dog, George. William wrote Miracle Man because of its humanistic and spiritual messages and because he feels that in our current times--when meritless celebrity has eclipsed accomplishment and the only heroes are those based on comic books, the world needs a real hero--and that, of course, is Robert James Austin, the protagonist in Miracle Man.
